How much does UK delivery cost?

We offer both a FREE economy delivery service and a (chargeable) first class delivery service for UK destinations.

You are able to choose the service that best meets your needs at the “checkout” stage when ordering. Our prices and delivery estimates are as follows:

FREE Economy Delivery (3 - 5 business days) = £0.00

First Class Delivery (up to 2 business days)= £1.99

 

How much does UK next day delivery cost?

For this premium UK only service, our fixed price is as follows:

Express Delivery (Next Day by 1pm) - £8.99

 

How much does International delivery cost?

For European & Worldwide destinations, our delivery prices are based on a value banded system, prices are as follows:

£0.00 - £19.99 = £9.50

£20.00 & upwards = £13.99

 

How will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day via Royal Mail. Orders going to UK addresses will be sent using either Royal Mail’s "1st or 2nd Class" service or "Tracked Signed For" service, whilst next day deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" service. Orders going to Southern Ireland, Europe and other countries will be sent using Royal Mail’s "International Signed For" or “Airsure” services. Normally, orders received by 2pm during weekdays will be dispatched the same day and orders received from 2pm onwards will be dispatched the following working day.

How long does delivery take?

In usual circumstances, standard delivery will be made to UK addresses within 2 to 3 working days of the dispatch date whilst next day delivery will be made the next working day (excluding weekends and bank/public holidays) by 1pm. For orders bound for Southern Ireland, Europe and other countries, please allow a minimum of 3 to 7 working days for delivery to be made.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will confirm by email that your order has been sent and where applicable this will contain a tracking number that will allow you to get a status update of the consignment on Royal Mail’s website.

Does the package need to be signed for?

Packages sent using Royal Mail’s "1st or 2nd Class" service will not need to be signed for. Packages sent using Royal Mail's "Tracked Signed For" service or "Special Delivery" service will need to be signed for by the recipient and if they are unavailable at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a contact card inviting the person expecting the parcel to get in touch with them and reschedule a new delivery at a suitable time.

Can I arrange a specific delivery date with you?

Yes, we are here to assist and will do whatever we can do make sure you receive the item at a convenient time. Please note that both timed and Saturday deliveries do carry a surcharge. If you require your order to be sent using a premium service, please contact us by phone or email.
