It's a dark slightly unsaturated blue that when saturated turns a deep cobalt blue colour, with a purple/black sheen and minimal bleeding. It has a matt finish with no glitter and minimal sheen when writing, a classic dark blue that would be excellent for office use and a great addition to any collection.
