Kaweco

In 1883 the Heidelberg pen factory was founded, in which wooden-handled pens were created that had gold nibs imported by New York. around 6 years later the company was taken over by Rudolph Weber and Heinrich Koch. Each product is provided with its own brand name, including Omega, Perkeo and Kaweco. In 1908 the first Kaweko safety fountain pen is made and advertised. Over the years the brand is passed down the family and the design it tweaked and improved upon. As of today, Kaweko focuses on "classic design and high-quality workmanship" and have writing instruments in over 40 countries.
